FOR THE SALE OF
1:1 COACHING, GROUP COACHING AND WORKSHOPS
These sales conditions apply to the purchase of services at www.creativityjuice.dk, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The terms and conditions are designed to protect us both. They are pretty straightforward so please read them carefully, because by purchasing a coaching package or booking your place in a coaching group or a workshop, you agree to the terms and conditions.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
At www.creativityjuice.dk, the essential characteristics of the various services are disclosed. For further information or questions please email Creativity Juice at lisbet@creativityjuice.dk.
Prices are stated in DKK. Because our coaching clients are based all over the world and thus subject to variable VATs, prices stated on the website are excluding tax, and applicable local VATs will be applied at checkout.
PAYMENT
Creativity Juice accepts payment with Visa-Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards.
You will first receive a credit card receipt, and subsequently an invoice with the applicable VAT stated.
Creativity Juice uses the approved and recognized payment solutions, Paypal Inc and Stripe Inc, which encrypt all your card information. This means that your information cannot be read.
We do not charge card fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a strict but very transparent cancellation policy.
1:1 COACHING SESSIONS
Payment for the entire coaching package must reach Creativity Juice before the first session takes place, otherwise the session will be canceled without refund.
A coaching package consists of at least 6 sessions to ensure your maximum benefit.
Note that there must be a maximum of 3 months between sessions. Also, the entire coaching package must be completed within 12 months, otherwise the amount paid will be forfeited.
In case of cancellation or change later than 24 hours before the agreed time for a given session, no refund will be given.
If the entire coaching package purchase is canceled before the start, a cancelation fee of 15 percent of the price is calculated.
WORKSHOPS AND GROUP COACHING
Creativity Juice’s events are in demand and often sell out fast. Thus, it’s important to us that when you book, you’re serious about taking up your place. Because if you are not, that prevents someone else from taking part in the experience, which does not seem fair.
We do understand that in very rare cases you may have to cancel your place and then the more notice you give us, the better.
If you cancel your place more than two weeks from the date, we can either refund your place or transfer you to another course. Cancelations must be given in writing, and you must tell us what you’d like to do at the time of cancellation.
Cancellations within two weeks or less of the workshop or group coaching start date are non-refundable. You are very welcome to send someone in your place, if you wish to, but on such short notice we are unable to sell your place on your behalf. You must let us know of your intention to do this at the time of your cancellation.
Please note that while we sometimes keep a waiting list, we won’t refund your course fee if you are unable to attend: Even if we fill the place.
To ensure a high quality in our workshops and group coaching sessions, we reserve the right to cancel online workshops and certain group coaching subgroups. This may in rare situations be the case if we deem that too few participants will result in the individual participant not getting the maximum benefit from taking part in the course.
In that case, we will of course offer a place in another group or alternatively in the next group with the same content. If a place in a future workshop or group is not desired, a credit note will automatically be issued for the workshop in question or for the group coaching sessions.
COPYRIGHT CONTENT, MARKETING MATERIALS AND COURSE MATERIALS
All course material, workshop content and marketing materials are protected by copyright. This copyright is retained by Creativity Juice and Lisbet Krogslund Bertelsen reserves the moral right to be identified as the creator.
In simple terms what that means is that you may not copy it or use it in any form.
PAYING IN INSTALMENTS
Should you choose to pay in instalments, it is your responsibility to make a note of payment dates and to be sure you have adequate funds in your account. If for any reason your instalment payment fails, you and we will be notified by the payment provider. Should this happen please reach out and let us know how and when this will be resolved. Communication is king.
In case of late payments, interest will be charged in accordance with current legislation.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for e-commerce. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of this by means of an unequivocal statement no later than 14 days after purchasing the item. The day you receive the item or make a registration/order does not count towards the 14 days.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can use the standard cancellation form below. If you inform Creativity Juice that you have regretted your purchase within 14 days of purchase, we will refund the amount received.
The money will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. For security reasons, we cannot refund money to other credit cards. Exceptions to this may be if the payment card that was used for the purchase in the meantime has been replaced by a new payment card.
There is no right of withdrawal on some goods, or you may lose your right of withdrawal. We notify you in the order confirmation if there are goods where the right of withdrawal does not apply, e.g. due to the nature of the goods.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
We cannot be held liable for situations beyond our control, including (but not limited to) acts of war, acts of God, threats or acts of terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics or unforeseen personal circumstances. We also can’t offer refunds for illness, transport issues or any other circumstances. Please bear in mind that you are always welcome to send someone in your place if you are unable to make it, but to do so you must let us know in advance.
RIGHTS OF COMPLAINT
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have the right to complain if the service provided does not meet your expectations.
If your complaint is justified, you can get a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, company name (when relevant), email address and phone number.
We register the information that is necessary to be able to deliver the product or service to you.
Your information is registered with Creativity Juice, which will follow the applicable guidelines for data storage. If you wish to have your data deleted after 5 years, you are welcome to contact Creativity Juice in writing.
We also collaborate with a few other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
The data controller at www.creativityjuice.dk is Creativity Juice.
You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE
Any dispute that may arise from these conditions or dealings between the parties in general must be brought before the court in Copenhagen, Denmark. The dispute must be settled according to Danish law.
